I recently was asked to photograph a bridal shower. The bride-to-be is a sweet-to-her-core girls’ girl with exceptional taste. I wanted to capture her feminine energy, so I leaned into For Love and Lemons’ aesthetic, highlighting florals, soft textures, lightness without too much brightness, and warm pink hues.

Compared to the majority of my portfolio, these images feel low-contrast. This was intentional. I wanted to translate the bride'-to-be’s kind nature into a visual softness - a gentle blending of color, light, and shadow.
