I was asked to photograph a bridal shower. The bride-to-be is a sweet-to-her-core girls’ girl. Drawing inspiration from For Love and Lemons’ aesthetic, I highlighted florals, soft textures, warm pink hues, and light that felt airy without becoming overly bright.

Compared to much of my portfolio, these images are noticeably lower in contrast and intentionally so. I wanted to translate the bride'-to-be’s kind nature into a visual softness, allowing color, light and shadow to blend seamlessly.
